Tenders and Infrastructure Attorney JB-3955

For a veteran and leading law firm, one of the largest in Israel, an Attorney in the field of tenders and infrastructure is required.

The role involves providing legal support in complex tenders and large-scale infrastructure projects, including advising clients throughout all project stages, drafting and negotiating agreements, and working with both public and private sector entities.

Responsibilities:

Providing ongoing legal counsel in the field of tenders and infrastructure

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

Advising on tender processes, including preparation and submission stages

Supporting infrastructure and technological projects from a legal perspective

Working closely with clients, government bodies, and various stakeholders

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience from a leading law firm – mandatory

Experience in tenders / infrastructure / commercial – mandatory

Experience in drafting agreements – mandatory

Experience in infrastructure projects and technological projects – an advantage

High-level English – mandatory
