Cyber Security Implementation Specialist | Jerusalem | Full-time

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Cyber Security Implementation Specialist for an organization in Jerusalem. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced cyber defense systems and be part of ongoing security operations.

Responsibilities:

Implement cyber security protections across the organization
Manage and operate cyber defense products on an ongoing basis
Receive and apply security indicators and routine security processes
Identify and provide initial response to security incidents
Perform escalations and coordinate continued handling with external security vendors, infrastructure teams, and development teams

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the field
Knowledge and hands-on experience in cyber security and information security, including networks, communications, and operating systems
Familiarity with threat types and mitigation methods
Experience with access control systems, user and permission management, password management, and organizational network access
Strong understanding of enterprise IT components such as GPO, DNS, NTFS, and Active Directory
Experience operating and maintaining security solutions such as XDR/EDR, Email Gateways, and SIEM/SOC systems
Advantage: experience with Palo Alto firewalls and NAC systems
