 Director of Sales & BD for the European Defense Market

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Director to lead our operations across Europe.

This role focuses on formulating a comprehensive business strategy, creating holistic value for clients, and leveraging the group’s diverse technological capabilities within the defense and HLS sectors.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of proven success in Direct and Channel Sales within the Defense/HLS markets in Europe.
• Demonstrated experience working with Tier 1 organizations, government bodies, and defense agencies.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stage sales processes, including proposal development and large-scale tender responses.
• Excellent command of English (additional European language is a significant advantage).
• Must be willing and available to travel (40%+).
