System Analyst – Financial Domain

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join a dynamic and professional team, working on complex core and digital systems within the financial domain.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements end-to-end
Write detailed business and technical specifications, including ERD diagrams
Translate business needs into clear technical solutions and development tasks
Work closely with multiple stakeholders: business users, project managers, development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams
Support system users and accompany implementation and onboarding processes
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and technical requirements

Requirements

Relevant degree or professional certification – Must
At least 5 years of experience in system analysis and specification of complex core and digital systems in the financial domain (banks, investment firms, insurance companies) – Must
Strong knowledge of financial products such as stocks, options, and capital markets – Must
Proven experience in writing specifications, business flows, and interface mapping – Must
Experience working with databases – Must
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities – Must
