COMBLACK is hiring a Systems Analyst & Project Manager in the IVR and Telephony domain !
An opportunity to lead and manage end-to-end (E2E) technological projects — from business
requirements analysis through go-live and stabilization.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in project management / systems analysis / systems management – mandatory
- Strong familiarity with the telephony domain:
- CTI / IVR – mandatory
- Contact Center systems – mandatory
- Proven experience working with end-to-end (E2E) processes – mandatory
- Ability to perform reverse engineering on existing systems – mandatory
