Execution Engineer – Conventional Projects JB-4842

We are looking for a responsible, independent, and proactive Execution Engineer who is interested in integrating into a stable company and developing in the long term.

Responsibilities:

Ongoing management and control of execution works on-site in accordance with plans, specifications, and schedules.

Preparation of bills of quantities, specifications, and project pricing.

Receiving price quotes from subcontractors, managing negotiations, drafting contracts, and approving invoices in accordance with the budget.

Managing and leading work teams on-site, including crane operators, signalers, and execution workers.

Monitoring project budget execution and schedule management.

Responsibility for safety matters, employee training, and quality control on-site.

Managing a general work log in accordance with regulations.

Ongoing work with contractors, consultants, and architects.

Working under the supervision of a senior project manager in the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – mandatory.

At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering / execution – mandatory.

Experience in managing conventional projects for residential and industrial buildings – mandatory.

Proven experience working with subcontractors, including negotiation and contract management.

Experience in budget and schedule management in projects.

Experience in managing construction sites and execution teams.

Full proficiency in Excel and MS Project – mandatory.
