With multiple product lines spanning distribution, publisher onboarding, and B2C user experience, we’re shaping the future of desktop app discovery.

We’re hiring a Data Science Team Lead, based in Israel, to manage our Ukraine-based Data Science team and build smart recommendation models that directly optimize product performance in our App Store. This high-impact role will define the data-driven strategy that maximizes user conversion and engagement across the platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a distributed Data Science team (Ukraine-based) to deliver high-quality models and insights.
• Build and refine recommendation models that optimize app discovery, user experience, and conversion rates in the store.
• Apply advanced ML techniques (reinforcement learning, scoring systems, agentic AI) to improve monetization and engagement.
• Monitor daily performance data, analyze results, and iterate to continuously improve model accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to integrate models into core store products.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years of significant experience in Data Science with measurable impact.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Data Analysis.
• Proven ability to build recommendation engines or marketing analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and scoring systems, agentic AI experience is a big plus.
• Previous team leadership experience is an advantage (remote/distributed team leadership – a strong plus).
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (PhD – a strong plus).
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian – a strong advantage.
