A leading defense company is seeking an Operational Analyst to join a dynamic team at the intersection of logistics, manufacturing, and data.

What you’ll be doing:

Analyze data across logistics and manufacturing domains using ERP (SAP), MES, BI, and Excel
Generate insights to improve and optimize operational and production processes
Support SAP users, troubleshoot issues, and define requirements for new developments
Establish, monitor, and implement operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational targets
Lead implementation, updates, and control of operational procedures and warehouse routines
Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and efficiency enhancement
Build operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse managers, planning (PP&C), and information systems

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level)
Experience working with BI tools and building reports/dashboards
Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable operational insights
Hands-on experience with SAP (R/3 or S/4), with emphasis on WM, MM, PP, SM modules
Excellent interpersonal skills, high service orientation, and ability to work in a team environment
Full-time availability with willingness to work additional hours when needed
