A leading defense company is looking for a Financial Procurement Coordinator to join its procurement and finance interface team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review and validate purchase orders prior to financial approval, in coordination with procurement and finance stakeholders
- Provide professional guidance to procurement teams throughout tender processes and supplier selection
- Take part in negotiations with selected suppliers
- Train and support procurement personnel on financial aspects and processes
- Handle supplier invoices and ensure proper financial alignment
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar)
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement / finance / operations environments
- Experience with SAP systems
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
- Availability for extended working hours when required
