We’re looking for a strong Backend Engineer to join a cutting-edge GenAI team building an internal AI Agents Platform.
You’ll be part of a highly dynamic environment, working on a central developer platform and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade AI-driven systems.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and implement a scalable AI Agents Platform
- Build and optimize backend services using Python, Node.js, or Java
- Develop and implement RAG-based architectures and LLM-powered systems
- Design and orchestrate complex AI Agent workflows
- Integrate vector databases and optimize retrieval pipelines
- Work on end-to-end solutions-from architecture to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies In the AI field
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience (Python / Node.js / Java)
- Strong understanding of system architecture and complex application environments
- Proven experience with RAG architectures and LLM-based systems
- Hands-on experience building AI Agents and designing Agentic workflows
- Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph or similar)
- Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus)
- Solid understanding of LLMOps, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization
- Background in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across multiple stacks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead tasks end-to-end
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
