Back End Developer

We’re looking for a strong Backend Engineer to join a cutting-edge GenAI team building an internal AI Agents Platform.

You’ll be part of a highly dynamic environment, working on a central developer platform and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade AI-driven systems.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement a scalable AI Agents Platform
• Build and optimize backend services using Python, Node.js, or Java
• Develop and implement RAG-based architectures and LLM-powered systems
• Design and orchestrate complex AI Agent workflows
• Integrate vector databases and optimize retrieval pipelines
• Work on end-to-end solutions-from architecture to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies In the AI field

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience (Python / Node.js / Java)
• Strong understanding of system architecture and complex application environments
• Proven experience with RAG architectures and LLM-based systems
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents and designing Agentic workflows
• Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph or similar)
• Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus)
• Solid understanding of LLMOps, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization
• Background in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across multiple stacks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead tasks end-to-end
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
