We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead AI Engineer

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

This is a key role combining architecture and hands-on development, with a strong focus on LLM-based solutions, RAG systems, and AI Agents. The ideal candidate will play a central part in driving innovation and integrating advanced AI capabilities into day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use cases with business stakeholders
• Design enterprise AI architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents
• Develop end-to-end AI services in a hands-on role
• Build RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and internal platforms
• Develop reusable components for the organizational AI platform
• Work with Microsoft 365, Graph API, and Teams
• Implement security, access control, and data protection mechanisms
• Support internal teams and promote AI best practices

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development
• Proven experience building production-grade RAG systems
• Experience working with LLMs such as Azure OpenAI / OpenAI
• Strong background in designing complex systems and architectures
• Experience developing APIs
