BI Implementer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated BI Implementer to join a dynamic and professional environment. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining data systems that support business decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS in both on-premise and cloud environments (Data Factory, Databricks)
• Build and maintain end-to-end BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, reports, semantic layers, and access control
• Develop automated processes and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Write complex SQL queries and perform performance tuning and optimization
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver proactive data-driven solutions
• Analyze business processes and systems while working with diverse data sources
• Take ownership of core organizational data processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high-quality service

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field - Must
• At least 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL and DWH processes - Must
• Proven experience with SSIS and cloud tools such as Data Factory and/or Databricks - Must
• Strong experience in building reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI, including DAX - Must
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel - Must

Advantages
