IT System Administrator

iFOR Fintech, the technological division of the iFOREX Group, a publicly traded company listed on the London Stock Exchange, is a leading fintech development company, building the financial systems used by iFOREX and supporting the global marketing efforts of our trading platform.

We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our IT team. This is a hands-on role in a global production environment, ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and working with complex infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience as an IT System Administrator
• Proven experience working in production environments within a global company – must
• Strong technical learning ability and self-motivation
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Highly organized, independent, and able to meet deadlines

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and support data communication systems and IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud-based)
• Monitor and manage network equipment to ensure stable and efficient operations
• Execute technical projects and operational tasks while meeting defined deadlines
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical systems when required
• Work in a primarily office-based environment with 1 day hybrid

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience working in various environments, including production – must
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) – advantage
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls and Cisco network management
• Strong experience with Active Directory
• Experience with virtualization infrastructure
• Experience with storage systems (e.g., NetApp)
• Scripting capabilities using PowerShell
• Experience with monitoring tools, event log management, and certificate management

• Availability for 24/7 on-call support is required
