Financial Controller

We are looking for a talented and experienced Controller to join our finance leadership team!

If you are a CPA with a broad strategic vision and a hands-on approach to leadership, this is your opportunity to lead our accounting department, drive cross-organizational financial processes, and support our company’s growth.

What will you do?

• Direct management, mentoring, and oversight of the accounting department’s daily operations.
• Manage the financial reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, and annual), including consolidated reports and cash flow management.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement new methodologies to streamline financial workflows.
• Business Partnership (FP&A)- Budget vs. actual analysis and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Lead the relationship with auditors and tax authorities while ensuring robust internal controls.

What are we looking for?

• CPA certification - A must.
• At least 5 years of post-internship experience (Big 4 experience – a significant advantage).
• Previous experience as a Controller or Senior Assistant Controller.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex tasks.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and taxation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
