Legal Counsel – project finance
An exciting opportunity to join a leading entrepreneurial company operating in the infrastructure sector. This role places you at the forefront of major international activity and includes end-to-end legal support for complex projects, cross-border financing transactions, and strategic commercial agreements. You will play an active role in the growth of a dynamic and global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage project finance and corporate financing transactions with banks and financial institutions in Israel and abroad.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of international commercial agreements, including Equipment Supply, Joint Ventures, and M&A transactions.
• Provide ongoing legal advice to management and business development teams on commercial and corporate matters.
• Coordinate with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions and align local regulatory requirements with business needs.
• Support multiple high-value projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience as an attorney in a leading law firm (commercial/finance department) or in-house legal department of a global company.
• Proven experience in complex financing transactions, preferably within infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• Native-level English drafting and negotiation skills .
• LL.B degree from a recognized academic institution.
