Quality Assurance Manual Tester- Entry level

What you’ll do:

• Perform end-to-end testing across system components.

• Analyze logs and investigate issues to support bug resolution.

• Design and execute test scenarios and test plans.

• Investigate customer inquiries and provide clear, high-quality responses.

• Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveries.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of a Software Testing / Manual QA course – mandatory.

• Automation testing background – an advantage.

• 1–2 years of experience in software QA or quality analysis.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes.

• Experience with CRM or complex systems – advantage.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to provide high-quality, accurate    

                            solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent English communication skills.
