About the Company

Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing monitoring and control of the fund’s real estate transactions and investments
- Analyze investment performance and track returns and risk exposure
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and investment committee guidelines
- Produce management reports and perform financial data analysis
- Support the preparation of materials for investment committee meetings
- Develop and improve internal control processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration – mandatory
- 1 year of experience in a similar role – mandatory
- Strong interest/affinity for Real Estate- mandatory
- High-level English (reading and writing)- mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
Personal skills:
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Assertiveness and ability to perform under pressure
