Lead AI Engineer (24804)

Role Description:

• Partner with business units and lead AI use cases end-to-end
• Design AI solution architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents
• Perform hands-on development of end-to-end AI services
• Build RAG pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems (SharePoint, APIs, internal platforms)
• Develop reusable components for the organization’s AI platform
• Work with Microsoft 365, Graph API, and Teams
• Implement security, access control, and data leakage prevention mechanisms
• Train teams and promote best practices adoption

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python development
• Proven experience building RAG-based systems in production environments
• Experience working with LLMs (Azure OpenAI / OpenAI)
• Experience in designing complex systems and architectures
• Experience developing APIs
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams (IT, business, infrastructure)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions simply
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
