LLM Engineer (AI)

Established Israeli Fintech startup developing an AI and Big Data platform that maps the financial internet to assist governments and tax authorities in uncovering money laundering and tax evasion.

The company has secured significant funding (Round B), employs dozens of people globally, and is located in Tel Aviv (Train-line) with a hybrid model of one day remote.

The Role-

• Joining a newly established AI team to develop and implement AI/ML systems in production end-to-end.
• Focusing on LLMs, Autonomous Agents, and RAG architectures.
• Building pipelines for Information Extraction, Reasoning, and Classification on unstructured data (Social Media, Documents, etc.).
• Utilizing VectorDBs and LLM Orchestration Frameworks to identify financial fraud and crypto-asset patterns.
• Integrating with external APIs and knowledge sources to bridge the gap between digital footprints and enforcement.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in software development
• 5 years of experience in Python development
• 2 years of experience working with LLMs (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
• 2 years of experience in NLP
• Experience with RAG, Autonomous Agents, and Information Extraction
• Proven track record of deploying AI models to Production environments
