Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for optimizing campaigns? Do you know how to turn a marketing brief into a high-performing media plan? Our marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Media Planner to lead the way!

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing media strategies across all platforms for our diverse house of brands.

What will you do?

• Strategic Planning: Partner with marketing teams from the brief stage to build media plans aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Optimization: Manage audience segments and perform ongoing optimization across advertising systems, working closely with media agencies and monitoring firms.
• Data & Insights: Analyze performance, generate reports, and derive actionable conclusions to improve internal processes and future campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Data teams for precise targeting and provide insights to advertising agencies, content creators, and vendors.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh initiatives and improve workflow efficiency.

What are we looking for?

✅ Education: BA in Communication, Business Management, Economics, or a related field – Mandatory. ✅ Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Media Planner (or similar) at a media agency or in-house – Mandatory. ✅ Media Expertise: Deep understanding of both Online and Offline media planning – Mandatory. ✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Business Manager, DV360, and GTM. ✅ Tools: Full mastery of MS Excel and Office applications. (Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage). ✅ Languages: High level of English proficiency.
