Controller - Bnei Brak

A leading international company in a high-growth phase, operating in the events industry, is looking for a Controller to join its finance team, reporting directly to the CFO.

This is a great opportunity to step into a key role within a recently built finance department and take ownership of financial control and reporting processes, acting as the CFO’s right hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial controls and ongoing monitoring processes

• Manage and track the full revenue cycle

• Reconcile data across systems (invoicing, bookkeeping, collections)

• Oversee collections and cash flow tracking

• Supervise accounting activities (in-house & outsourced)

• Prepare financial and tax reports

• Handle monthly reporting to global HQ and align with international standards

• Perform credit card reconciliations and work with external vendors

• Collaborate cross-functionally (operations, logistics, management)

Qualifications

• Certified CPA – required
• Big4 / Big5 background – required
• 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller (or similar role) – advantage
• Strong financial control and accounting systems experience
• Advanced Excel skills + ERP systems (SAP – advantage)
• Strong English – working with international teams
