System Engineering & Integration Team Leader

We are seeking a talented and experienced System Engineering & Integration Team Leader to join our site in Holon and lead a team driving innovation in advanced IR (infrared) systems

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a team within the System Engineering & Integration group in the IR domain

Provide direct management, professional mentorship, and personal guidance to System Engineers

Own the definition of system requirements, architecture design, performance analysis, and technical risk management

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, R&D, Integration, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

Oversee engineering changes and tackle complex system-level issues in production and field environments

Continuously improve work processes and implement advanced system engineering methodologies and tools

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical/Electronics preferred

Master’s degree – an advantage

Proven experience in IR systems, hardware, signal processing, and system engineering

Willingness to travel abroad

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-player attitude

Exceptional technical writing abilities

High-level proficiency in English
