SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager (24751)

Role Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing a dedicated module
• Gathering business requirements
• Writing detailed business specifications
• Defining requirements at the level of user stories
• Leading the project end-to-end through implementation and deployment

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in managing technological projects
• Proven experience in matrix management of cross-functional teams, project management, system analysis, and business process design
• Strong leadership skills, system-wide and integrative thinking, independence, professionalism, commitment, and dedication
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with end users, including senior stakeholders, as well as teamwork capabilities
• Experience working in large organizations, preferably in the public sector / government / healthcare sector – advantage
• Ability to manage and lead teams
• Experience in HR systems analysis
• Willingness to travel as part of the role and visit medical centers across the country
• Experience in system analysis and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors – significant advantage
