Successful Cyber company developing cloud-based systems for secure and fast organizational communication.

The company employs hundreds of people globally, is located in Tel Aviv (Train-line), and maintains a hybrid model with two days of remote work.

The Role-

Managing a team of 5 developers focused on a complex Monitoring product.
Hands-on role with a focus on Server-side development.
Tech stack: Java (primary), Spring Boot, Go, GraphQL, and React.
Leading cross-organizational projects and managing multiple interfaces and integrations with various internal teams.
Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive feature delivery and architectural improvements.
