We’re looking for a Partnerships Operations to become the operational backbone of our Partnership Growth team.
Responsibilities:
- Own end to end delivery operations (video & playable), from sending assets to tracking completion
- Manage feedback and revision cycles, from client input to final sign off
- Run onboarding execution for new partners, assets, coordination, and launch readiness
- Maintain partner systems and dashboards (Asana / Jira / Monday)
- Ensure speed, accuracy, and high operational standards across all workflows
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong execution mindset, get things done, fast and accurately
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows in parallel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work cross functionally and follow through independently
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience working with tools like Monday, Asana, Jira, or similar
- Experience in client facing or operations roles
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
