We're seeking for a motivated Junior Technology Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying and attracting top technical talent to support our company’s growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks for recruitment- advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Must
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of technical roles and technologies- advantage
