Assembly & Soldering Technician (Hands-on)

About the Position
We are a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced electro-optical instrumentation. We are looking for a skilled Assembly and Soldering Technician to join our production and lab team.
The role involves high-precision assembly of delicate systems (60-70%) alongside laboratory troubleshooting and component-level repairs (Level D).
Key Responsibilities
Wiring & Soldering: Perform high-precision wiring and soldering of SMT/TH components and connectors.
Fine Assembly: Hands-on assembly of delicate mechanical components and optical lenses.
Troubleshooting (Level D): Identify and repair faults in printed circuit boards (PCBs) and read technical schematics.
Quality Testing: Conduct final testing using laboratory equipment.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in dense soldering and complex wiring – Mandatory.
Proficiency in reading technical schematics and using measurement tools (Multimeter, Oscilloscope) – Mandatory.
Good technical English.
Practical Electronics Engineer (Handasai) – Significant Advantage.
IPC Certification – Advantage.
High level of precision, patience, and a "can-do" approach.
