For a Leading Defense Company, We Are Seeking an Electro‑Optical Systems Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead system architecture of electro‑optical systems, including imaging optics and lasers, advanced sensors, mechanisms, and image processing chains.
• Define system requirements and performance budgets for complex systems.
• Lead the full development lifecycle – from concept, through system engineering and development processes, to prototyping and transfer to production.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams: optics, electronics, mechanics, software, and image processing.
• Operate in a dynamic, matrix-driven environment, with an emphasis on collaboration and system-level decision making.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electro‑Optics, or Physics.
• Experience in development or integration of electro‑optical systems / sensors / imaging systems – significant advantage.
• Experience with day/night imaging systems, detectors, lasers, or other complex systems – an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and broad system-level perspective.
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with MATLAB and Python – an advantage.
• Ability to work and lead in a matrix organizational environment.
