We are seeking a Controller to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. This is a full-time hybrid role, combining work from our Tel Aviv District office with flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financial operations, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating closely with management to support strategic decision-making. The Controller will play an integral role in optimizing financial processes and supporting the company's rapid growth.

• Proficiency in financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting
• Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and tax regulations
• Advanced Excel and financial software skills (e.g., ERP systems or QuickBooks)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA qualification is a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment is advantageous
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a plus
