Compliance & Regulatory Manager – Data Centers JB-5128

We are looking for a Compliance & Regulatory Manager to lead and establish the

compliance function across our data center operations.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory

requirements, international standards, and customer contractual obligations across both

build and operational phases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement the company’s compliance framework across all data center sites

Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, SOC2, NIST, ESG, etc.) and lead certification processes

Translate regulatory, contractual, and standards requirements into operational processes, controls, and procedures

Analyze customer requirements and assess feasibility, risks, and operational/financial implications

Support both data center build (construction/fit-out) and ongoing operations from a compliance perspective

Manage ongoing compliance operations, including incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SLA tracking, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

Lead internal audits and prepare the organization for external audits (customers, regulators, certification bodies)

Develop, update, and oversee policies, procedures, and controls, including EHS, ESG, and Security compliance aspects

Define compliance requirements for suppliers and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, IT, and Security teams

Lead engagement with external consultants and certification bodies, including scope definition and vendor selection

Drive compliance awareness and promote a culture of accountability, documentation, and operational discipline

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

3–6+ years of experience in Compliance / GRC / Risk / Audit / Regulatory roles

Experience with international standards (ISO, SOC, NIST, etc.)

Hands-on experience implementing compliance processes and controls

Experience leading audits and certification processes

Strong ability to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into operational

execution

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Advantages

Experience in data centers, infrastructure, energy, telecom, or other regulated

environments

Experience working with enterprise or global customers

Familiarity with regulations such as DORA

Experience with incident management, SLA tracking, and CAPA

Background in EHS / ESG / Security
