About The Role

We're looking for a talented Brand and Marketing Designer to join Act Security for approximately 6-month maternity leave cover. This is an all-encompassing design role - you'll own the visual output of our entire marketing function, from conference materials and internal events to LinkedIn content, landing pages, and presentation decks. If it's designed at Act, it'll have your fingerprints on it. You'll collaborate daily with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Recruiting - making design a true cross-functional force inside the company.

What You'll Do

• Own the Act visual brand across every surface- digital, print, social, events, and everything in between
• Be the creative engine behind campaigns, landing pages, LinkedIn, sales collateral, and internal communications- from first sketch to final pixel
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Recruiting to make design a real business driver, not just a support function
• Shape and evolve our brand guidelines and design systems to keep quality consistent as we grow
• Lead the visual execution of our upcoming rebrand launch - including the launch event
• Work fast, work sharp, and make the brand feel alive at every touchpoint
  
  

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing design, brand design, or creative roles within tech companies
• Bachelor's degree from Shenkar, Bezalel, or an equivalent leading design institution
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Midjourney and other AI creative tools
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand and marketing design work
• A sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency
• The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communication
• Strategic thinking- understanding how design serves business and customer goals
• Strong branding and visual language creation skills
• Experience with motion design and After Effects - a plus
