Director of Engineering

The company has secured significant funding (Round C), employs hundreds of people globally.

Located in Tel Aviv (Train-line) with a hybrid model of one day remote.

The Role-

• Leading the Platform Group, managing a total of 40 employees including Team Leads and Architects.
• Overseeing diverse domains including DevOps, Software Engineering, and Architecture.
• Reporting directly to the SVP.
• Driving the technological strategy for a high-scale stack based on Python, Go, React, and AWS.
• Ensuring the robustness and scalability of core infrastructure and internal development platforms.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience at a Director level or above, managing Platform and DevOps groups
• Proven experience managing large-scale organizations (35+ employees)
• Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, Python, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Significant experience in global companies
• Background in Hardware-Software/Security/Communication sectors or similar complex domains – a must
