Salesforce Administrator

Keshet Group is looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Administrator to take a central role in leading the implementation, ongoing management, and continuous development of the Salesforce platform across the organization.

This role combines cross-functional work with business units, close collaboration with project managers, development teams, and vendors, alongside hands-on system configuration and continuous improvement of business processes and user experience.

What you’ll do?

• Lead the implementation, management, and ongoing development of the organization’s Salesforce system
• Work closely with the Project Manager, business units, development teams, and implementation partners
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system-based solutions
• Plan, execute, and manage UAT processes, including implementation of improvements
• Support user training, prepare training materials, and guide users to improve system adoption
• Manage the backlog, prioritize requirements, build the roadmap, and manage sprints and releases
• Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration, including implementation of simple tasks and ongoing system maintenance
• Manage permissions, monitor issues, maintain data quality, and ensure system stability
• Manage implementation vendors, including task definition, SLA monitoring, and quality control of deliverables

What We’re Looking For?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist
• Experience supporting or leading information systems implementation projects within an organization, including working with business units, gathering requirements, and analyzing business processes
• Experience managing interfaces and integrations with additional systems, such as ERP, financial systems, operational systems, implementation partners, and development teams
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, think systemically, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Significant Advantage:

• Familiarity with Low-Code / No-Code tools, workflows, and automations in Salesforce
• Experience performing configuration in SaaS systems
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or another relevant field
