QA Specialist – Pharmaceutical Industry

Kamada, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a QA Specialist to join its Quality team.

This is an excellent opportunity for science graduates to enter the pharmaceutical industry in a meaningful role, with direct impact on manufacturing quality, compliance with international regulations, and the advancement of cross‑functional quality improvement processes.

Position Scope:

Full-time position, based at the company site in Beit Kama.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and documenting quality events and deviations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Monitoring and controlling the initiation, progress, and closure of quality-related processes
• Ongoing collaboration and interface management with multiple departments across the manufacturing site
• Training and guiding stakeholders in performing effective quality processes
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis and leading the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Monitoring recurring quality events and driving actions to prevent recurrence
• Leading and participating in periodic quality review meetings
• Promoting and leading continuous quality improvement projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science / Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology Engineering / Materials Engineering – required
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic manufacturing environment
