Job Description:

The role involves leading the definition and design of digital solutions across direct channels (mobile applications and websites), enabling customers to independently perform various actions.

The candidate will be responsible for translating business and strategic requirements into advanced digital solutions, with a focus on Customer Journey, User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI). The role includes full lifecycle ownership of the solution—from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Computer Science or another relevant field
• Proven experience working on digital projects (Mobile and Web environments)
• At least 3 years of experience in designing digital solutions, including Customer Journey and UX/UI
• Experience working in Agile methodology – advantage
• Experience in the financial sector – advantage
