Job Description:
• Leading and establishing a Backend infrastructure development team.
• Hands-on development of advanced application infrastructures.
• Designing, developing, and implementing AI- and LLM-based solutions in a production environment.
• Developing frameworks and infrastructures for use by additional development teams within the organization.
• End-to-end responsibility for stability, performance, and quality of deliverables.
• Managing development processes, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices.
• Ongoing collaboration with development, DevOps, architecture, QA, and system teams.
• Mentoring and guiding Backend teams that use the developed infrastructures.
• Troubleshooting production issues, monitoring, and improving system performance.
• Working with external vendors and participating in technological and architectural discussions.
• Leading the technological vision in the Backend and infrastructure domains.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and Management (specialization in Information Systems) or another relevant degree.
• Experience in projects within digital environments (Web and Mobile).
• At least 6 years of experience in Java development.
• Experience in Microservices development.
• Experience working with Spring Boot.
• Experience in developing REST APIs.
