Role Description

• Development, testing, and optimization of trading strategies and algorithms

• Advanced technical analysis and market structure analysis

• Development and enhancement of indicators and entry/exit rules

• Continuous market monitoring and data-driven decision-making

• Risk management, use of hedging mechanisms, and portfolio performance optimization

• Management of significant capital allocations in accordance with defined strategies and risk policies

• Ongoing work on existing trading systems and their continuous improvement over time

Qualifications

• Proven experience trading in FX markets

• Deep understanding of technical analysis, market structure, and trading strategies

• Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking

• Solid understanding of risk management and trading portfolio dynamics

• Ability to work in an intensive, precise, and competitive environment

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights

Significant advantages:

• Knowledge of micro- and macroeconomics

• Deep understanding of economic events and their impact on markets

• Experience analyzing financial statements and macroeconomic data

• Prior experience developing trading strategies or indicators

• Experience with algorithmic trading platforms

• Experience with Python / MT4 / MT5 / Pine Script / backtesting

• Background in Quantitative, Research, or Data-Driven Trading

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
