Today, WeTeach is already working with 25+ schools and 31,000+ students, integrating into daily study routines and driving real engagement at scale.
Role Description
We are looking for strong sales operators who understand how schools work and can open doors, build trust, and close institutional partnerships.
This is a full-cycle role , from first contact to actual adoption inside the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to schools, principals, and decision-makers
* Present WeTeach as a solution to increase student engagement and study time
* Close partnerships with schools and institutions
* Work through relevant channels
* Lead the rollout inside the school (student exposure, onboarding, activation)
* Follow up to ensure real usage and adoption
Who We’re Looking For
* Connected to the education ecosystem (schools, tutoring, academic programs)
* Fluent Arabic speaker
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence decision-makers
* Self-driven and comfortable working independently
* Someone who takes ownership and knows how to close, not just “pitch”
