We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Python Developer to join our Cloud Services team. In this role, you will develop high-scale backend services in a "no-UI" environment. We value efficiency and innovation, so we are looking for someone who treats AI-assisted development (LLMs, Coding Agents) as a core part of their daily workflow to deliver high-quality code.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop scalable, cloud-native backend services using Python.
Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate development, refactoring, and documentation.
Maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
Work in a collaborative environment with Backend, QA, and Automation engineers.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
AI-Powered Workflow: Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, or Claude Code) to enhance productivity and code quality.
Experience in delivering and maintaining production-grade APIs for external customers.
Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with Cloud services (Azure or AWS).
Backend Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Microservices, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
Execution: A "get-it-done" mindset with the ability to own features from design to production.

Advantages

Background in .NET / C#: Highly significant advantage, especially for those who have transitioned to Python.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with QA Automation processes.
