Android Team Lead (24797)

Job Description:

• Provide technological and architectural leadership for mobile applications
• Manage and lead Android and iOS development teams
• Hands-on Android development using advanced technologies
• Design and implement architectural solutions (MVVM / Clean Architecture / MVP)
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams
• Improve performance, stability, and memory management
• Lead CI/CD processes and implement best practices
• Mentor and support the professional growth of team members

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Native Android development (Kotlin / Java) – mandatory
• At least 2 years of managerial experience – mandatory
• Strong experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, and Data Binding
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Deep understanding of modern architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, or MVP)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• High level of English proficiency
