Lawyer Property Damage Department

A well-established and professional law firm in Herzliya, specializing in traffic law, criminal law, torts, and insurance law, is seeking a Lawyer to join its Property Damage Department (motor vehicle claims and insurance law).

The position is suitable for a thorough, responsible lawyer with the ability to manage cases independently, who is interested in joining a professional, stable, and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Management and handling of legal cases within the firm’s areas of practice
• Drafting pleadings, motions, responses, and legal documents
• Working with courts, the Net HaMishpat system, and other legal systems
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, professional parties, insurance companies, and third parties
• Legal case management in courts, including client meetings and handling case proceedings as required
• Working as part of an organized and professional legal and administrative team

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice law – mandatory
• Previous experience in one or more of the following fields: vehicle damage, property damage, insurance, and tort law – an advantage
• Strong legal drafting skills, both written and oral
• Motivation and a strong desire to develop in the fields of property and tort law
• Highly organized, responsible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong attention to detail, and a thorough, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in legal systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and external parties
