Our Missiles & Space Systems Division is looking for a Budget Control Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Building annual and multi-year budgets and updating the business plan
- Preparing periodic reports and presenting financial status (monthly, quarterly, and re-budgeting) to the customer and internal stakeholders
- Ongoing budget control, including: customer invoices, customer approvals, approval of requirements, and approval of subcontractor invoices (including major subcontractors and infrastructure-related vendors)
- Preparing price proposals and participating in negotiations with customers
- Managing customer orders, including ongoing monitoring, extensions, updates, and amendments
- Reporting work progress for invoicing purposes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration – mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in budget control, resource planning, and proposal preparation – mandatory
- Experience working with defense companies – an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP – required
- Strong Excel skills
