About You:

You do not just ship code. You build systems that scale.

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python, Rust, or similar.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable systems for real-world use.
• Hands-on work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including deployment and scaling.
• Strong problem-solving skills in security, performance, and efficiency.
• A team player who can communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Experience with ML and LLMs is a plus, but curiosity matters just as much.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and scale robust backend systems for Generative AI solutions, ensuring performance and scalability for enterprise needs.
• Fortify platform security to meet enterprise-grade standards of trust and compliance.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to optimize system performance for large-scale data and traffic.
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers to create groundbreaking technology and contribute to core architectural decisions in an early stage, high impact environment
