Accounts Payable Bookkeeper (Fintech, Tel Aviv)

A fast-growing and dynamic fintech company in Tel Aviv is seeking an Accounts Payable Bookkeepper for a key role, with full ownership of the vendor function and all G&A (General & Administrative) expenses.

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of the accounts payable function, both locally and internationally;
• Invoice processing, payment execution, and proper recording of transactions;
• Vendor and credit card reconciliations;
• Expense allocation and accruals;
• Preparation of monthly withholding tax reports;
• Preparation of monthly G&A expense reports for senior management;
• Ongoing monitoring, control, and analysis of company expenses;

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or higher
• 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership;
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Proficient in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Strong sense of accountability for delivering timely and accurate monthly reports to management;
• Ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate insights;
• Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes;
• Experience with Priority ERP - an advantage, but not a deal breaker;
