Accounts Payable Bookkeeper (Fintech, Tel Aviv)

A fast-growing and dynamic fintech company in Tel Aviv is seeking an Accounts Payable Bookkeepper for a key role, with full ownership of the vendor function and all G&A (General & Administrative) expenses.

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of the accounts payable function, both locally and internationally;
Invoice processing, payment execution, and proper recording of transactions;
Vendor and credit card reconciliations;
Expense allocation and accruals;
Preparation of monthly withholding tax reports;
Preparation of monthly G&A expense reports for senior management;
Ongoing monitoring, control, and analysis of company expenses;

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or higher
3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Ability to work independently and take full ownership;
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail;
Strong Excel skills;
Proficient in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Strong sense of accountability for delivering timely and accurate monthly reports to management;
Ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate insights;
Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes;
Experience with Priority ERP - an advantage, but not a deal breaker;
