Job Description:

We are hiring a Process Engineer to join our Engineering team in a medical device manufacturing environment with in-house production lines.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise production line performance, ensuring operational stability, quality compliance, and yield targets are consistently achieved
• Identify bottlenecks and improve cycle time and capacity
• Investigate production malfunctions and field failures
• Perform structured root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 whys, etc.)
• Implement process changes under controlled engineering change procedures (ECOs)
• Support non-conformance handling and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare technical and validation reports (IQ/OQ/OQ)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering from a well-known institute.

Job requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering OR MSc in a relevant field
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis tools
• Strong ability to present technical investigation and process data to cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management capabilities
• Familiarity with root cause analysis practices
• Experience in a regulated environment (medical device/ pharma/ Automotive) - an advantage
• Clean room work experience – an advantage
• Experience with pneumatic systems/ motion systems/ assembly fixtures – an advantage

Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications, industrial CAD software (SolidWorks)

Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken
