This role involves the implementation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of advanced cybersecurity systems across a diverse customer environment. The position combines working on complex, high-impact cybersecurity projects alongside day-to-day service tasks, troubleshooting, and providing professional support to clients.

Responsibilities:

Work with Firewall, Email Security, EDR, and NAC systems

Install, implement, and integrate cybersecurity solutions such as Mail Relay, EDR, and NAC at customer sites

Manage and maintain network infrastructure (Layer 2/3)

Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, effective resolutions

Design and improve secure network infrastructures across various organizations

Work with leading technologies including Check Point, Fortinet, and other advanced security solutions

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience implementing cybersecurity systems

Proven knowledge of email security filtering systems and Network Access Control (NAC)

Hands-on experience with Check Point

Experience working with switches and routers

CCNA or CCSA certifications – strong advantage

Strong technical skills, self-learning ability, and high motivation

Experience working with customers and providing technical support – advantage
