Operational Specialist

Bynet Data Communications is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketplace Operations professional to manage end-to-end transaction processes and ensure smooth and efficient deal execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end transaction processes – from proposal to billing, collection, and renewal
• Operate cloud marketplaces (AWS, GCP) and work closely with Marketplace vendors
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Units to set up and complete transactions
• Manage offers, renewals, and updates (Private Offers, Amendments)
• Ensure alignment between proposals, orders, and reports
• Work with cloud vendors to support transactions and manage opportunities
• Interface with Finance and Compliance on order types, fees, and tax-related aspects
• Work with data and reports (Excel, Power BI), analyze exceptions, and provide insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience managing complex operational processes
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and Excel
• Experience working with order management systems
• Understanding of business processes and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good level of English
• Strong service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
