What we do
At Avero, we don't just advise — we build. CRM architecture, automation pipelines, lifecycle management, reporting. We're hands-on partners to our clients, not slide deck consultants. HubSpot is at the core of almost everything we do — and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes it.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end HubSpot implementations across multiple B2B startup clients — from discovery to architecture to launch
- Design and build CRM foundations: object models, custom objects, properties, associations, lifecycle stages, and pipelines that actually fit how clients sell
- Build workflows, sequences, lead scoring, routing logic, and deal automation across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- Architect reporting and dashboards that leadership actually uses — funnel analytics, attribution, forecasting, ops health
- Configure Operations Hub: data sync, programmable automation, data quality automations, and custom code actions
- Connect HubSpot to the rest of the stack — Make.com, Clay, enrichment tools, AI agents, and custom APIs
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, with deep work across at least Sales Hub and one other Hub (Marketing, Ops, or Service)
- You can architect a HubSpot instance from scratch — not just configure inside an existing one
- Strong grasp of HubSpot data model: objects, associations, properties, record customization, and when to use custom objects vs. extending standard ones
- Comfortable with workflows, programmable automation, and custom code actions (JavaScript basics are enough)
- Solid understanding of RevOps / GTM Ops concepts — funnel design, lead lifecycle, attribution, pipeline hygiene
- Technical mindset — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how systems connect (APIs, webhooks, data sync)
