Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to join our team for a full-time, on-site position in Lavon.

The role includes managing purchasing processes for products and services, sourcing suppliers in Israel and abroad, creating and processing purchase orders, and ensuring ongoing material availability according to production needs.

The Procurement Buyer will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers, while ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests, work orders, and purchase orders in Priority ERP

• Source new suppliers in Israel and abroad

• Negotiate prices, reduce costs, and identify alternative suppliers

• Follow up on deliveries, lead times, delays, cancellations, and supply updates

• Handle RFQs, project costing, and internal purchasing inquiries

• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, shortages, quality rejects, and MOQ challenges

• Monitor inventory levels and generate procurement reports

• Support shipments to subcontractors and customers according to company procedures

• Improve procurement processes and support cost-reduction initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Procurement Buyer in an industrial or manufacturing company – mandatory

• Experience purchasing spare parts, maintenance items, and raw materials

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Full proficiency in Priority ERP – mandatory

• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiations, and cost reduction

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Good English skills – speaking, reading, and writing

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with vendors and internal teams

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field – advantage

Position Details

Full-time, on-site position in Lavon

Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00

Overtime may be required when needed.
