We are looking for a Virtualization & Infrastructure EXPERT to lead our Cloud environments! 🚀

The Role:

• Architect & Execute: Lead the design, implementation, and high-level maintenance of complex VMware vSphere ecosystems (ESXi, vCenter).
• Data Resilience: Own the enterprise backup and recovery strategy using Veeam and Commvault.
• Infrastructure Leadership: Full ownership of central Storage arrays and the hardening/operation of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Cloud Innovation: Drive the evolution of our advanced cloud interfaces and virtual infrastructures.
• Elite Troubleshooting: Solve the most complex tier-3 infrastructure, networking, and OS bottlenecks in high-pressure environments.

The Profile:

• The Veteran: Minimum 5+ years of "in-the-trenches" experience in Enterprise or Data Center environments (Must).
• VMware Authority: Expert-level mastery of VMware vSphere—designing from scratch, not just maintaining (Must).
• Backup Strategist: In-depth, practical experience with Veeam and Commvault (Must).
• System Specialist: Advanced knowledge of Block/File Storage and cross-platform (Windows/Linux) OS internals (Must).
• Mindset: Highly independent, strategic thinker, with the ability to prioritize mission-critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Elite Advantages:

• Mastery of vCloud Director (vCD) or Nutanix solutions.
• Proven experience with Zerto for complex DR orchestration.
• Performance tuning and optimization using vROps (Aria Operations).
• Industry-standard certifications: VCP (Required) or VCAP/VCIX/MCSE (Highly preferred).
